We had an amazing time!! This cabin has a great view and has everything you need for a weekend in, but is also close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to explore the area!!! Kate was very responsive and constantly ensured we were having a 5-star experience. I would definitely recommend this cabin as well as any place that Kate offers!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful visit at this cabin! The gathering areas are well appointed with lots of family activities (board games, puzzles, corn hole, pool table, cards, etc). Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, so ample private time as well. We would definitely stay again! Kate is always available and accommodating! Great time!!
My first Cabin stay and Kate’s place was great! It was rustic, extremely clean, and comfortable. The bear theme was carried out in every area and aspect of the cabin, and everything you could possibly need, was within reach. Kate checked to see if I had arrived, and graciously let me know that she would be readily available, if needed. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely return. Almost forgot to mention how wonderful this location was in regard to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
We had the absolute best stay here! Katie started messaging us back and forth several days prior to our vacation. She was quick to respond and confirm that there was a pack n play for our baby. When we arrived, she even had it set up and ready to use!
The cabin looked exactly like the photos- beautiful! There was enough room to spread out, and the kids enjoyed being in the arcade room. The arcade was a big hit! The whole family spent every evening playing games.
The kitchen had all of the utensils that you would need to cook meals at home. No issues at all!
And lastly, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The beds were wonderful, the temperature was just right, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience.

Kate’s place was exactly as described. The family loved the downstairs game/tv area as we spent a lot of time down there playing games and enjoying family time. We also enjoyed the outside decks and hot tub. The little ones were able to enjoy the jacuzzi inside as well. Location is very close to pigeon forge at just under a mile away from main road but it’s tucked under a hill so you still get good woods views from the back side of cabin. We had snow while we were there and the snow views from the hot tub were very nice. The cabin has very nice roads leading to and from it. Takes 3-4min to reach the main parkway in pigeon forge and about 15-20min to gatlinburg. Kate was also very communicative and accommodating the entire stay and even went over and beyond with bad weather coming in. I would recommend this cabin and Kate as a host anytime. Thanks Kate
Can’t say enough great things about Kate’s place. If you’re coming to Pigeon Forge look no further! The location was AMAZING! The cabin itself was beautiful. So much to do even if just staying there on a rainy day. Kate couldn’t have been a better host. Making sure every little detail was perfect! My wife couldn’t stop complimenting the decor and interior. We come to Pigeon Forge at least twice a year, and stay in different Air BnBs each time… gotta say this is the family favorite. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!!!
We had a great stay at the Dapper Dolphin! A small but charming unit – great for myself, husband, and small son. We loved sitting out on the balcony people watching. We saw manatees several times in the canal as well as tarpon. Great location – very close to restaurants, beach, Publix, etc.
My family had such a wonderful stay at Kate’s! They had everything you need plus extra blankets and pillows for more cabin coziness. Kate was absolutely wonderful, communicating directly both thru text and the app and was super responsive if I needed anything. I asked for a personal referral on local things to do and she provided that as well even though there’s a local guide inside the cabin. I just always find personal recommendations better. We would love to stay at Kate’s again! Thank you!! 😊
Omg, if I could give a thousand stars I will. Kate was amazing and very responsive. She even checked on us during the stay. The cabin was breathtaking, very spacious and absolutely stunning! It was well equipped and felt just like we were at home. The cabin was in a very peaceful location.
Our whole family really enjoyed staying at the Wily Wolf. Between the pool table, hot tub, and arcades there was plenty to keep us entertained at the cabin. It’s also located close by our favorite places to eat and shop in downtown Blue Ridge. We are big foodies, so it was nice to have the beautiful kitchen to cook in, and we were admiring the pretty decor and design choices, espcially in the bathrooms. Everyone agreed it’s our favorite place we’ve stayed for our annual trip.
We had an amazing stay at this AirBNB in Marathon, Florida Keys! The location was absolutely beautiful, with a beach that was just minutes away – perfect for morning strolls and sunset views. The owner Kate was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided, making our beach days even more enjoyable.
The pool and tiki bar with the restaurant were a fantastic touch – the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Speaking of exploring, this place is in a great spot to visit the other Keys, and we highly recommend checking out the Turtle Hospital, which was a highlight of our trip.
The elevator to the 4th floor was super convenient, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful experience – we’d definitely stay here again!
I came to Marathon for a Mother/Daughter get away. Kate’s place was a perfect spot. It’s location is ideal as it is an easy drive from the Miami Airport. While there are many shops close by the apartment it is tucked back in the Marina so is very quiet and private. Sombrero beach is beautiful, white sand and mild waves. It is a short drive away, about 2 miles. Kate provides everything needed, beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella.
I must say that everything was perfect and exactly as Kate describes. I will definitely return to Kate’s place for a get away with my husband. Michelle
Kate’s cabin was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved the deck that looks over trees and enjoyed just sitting out. Location is excellent near plenty to do in Pigeon Forge. Cabin is easy to find. Kate was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had.
We loved staying at the Dancing Deer! Super nice and clean and had all the amenities we wanted! Kate was very responsive if I had any questions. The living room is cozy. We loved the fireplace and hot tub and jacuzzi! My 3 kids loved staying in the queen bunk beds and playing the Pac-Man games! Both king beds were comfortable.I also appreciated having starter supplies like toilet paper, detergent pods, coffee filters and coffee, etc.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at The Willy Wolf! Kate was extremely responsive and the cabin’s amenities fit our family’s needs perfectly. During our stay, we were expecting winter weather and Kate had her team come prep the driveway for it the day before. The kids absolutely loved the loft area with games upstairs, as well as the hot tub and outdoor area with the fireplace and TV. We are looking forward to visiting again.
This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge, and it definitely won’t be our last! The cabin was in a fantastic location — just minutes away from popular attractions and great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Inside, the cabin was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The game room was a hit, but the real favorite for our kids was the hot tub — they loved it! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area.
We stayed there for 4 nights, 5 days. We had a great experience. The place was as described and shown in the photos. Kids enjoyed playing the games on the arcade, pool table, and hot tub. The location is a plus on this cabin, surrounded by mountains and feels private without any noise around. I would definitely recommend this place for family vacation.
